Tunnel Pastuirizer
Automatic tunnel pasteurization process is used to prolong the durability of foodstuffs. Pasteurization means heating the product and leaving it at a certain temperature for some time, which destroys biological contaminants in the product. As for the beverage industry, pasteurization is especially used to treat filled bottle/can product (Beer)at the rated speed and quality. The level of heat treatment is usually expressed using paste and quality and thereby make the product (beer)microbilogicaly stable for several months without detoriation of the product.

Mechanical Section

- Most of the components used inside are of reputed brands such as Siemens , Schneider etc.
- Danfoss AC drive is used for the feeders and Main Drive speed.
- All components will be labelled and a copy of electrical control and power diagram will be provided for guidance and maintenance.
